AAVE Added to Kraken Grid
Walk-forward backtest across 8 candidate coins ranked AAVE #1 by yield per dollar deployed. Added to the Kraken grid alongside DOT and LINK. AAVE quotes in USD on Kraken (no AAVE/USDT pair), so a USD wallet was funded — lower fees than the stablecoin pairs as a bonus.

Replaced an earlier scalper strategy with a per-coin tuned grid after a 25-coin / 3-year backtest sweep. Ten coins, ten buy rungs each, $40 capital per coin — 100 resting limits on the exchange around the clock. Each coin's grid step came from walk-forward mode analysis, not intuition.

Kraken Grid Step Widened to 3%
Parameter sweep showed the prior 1% grid was below breakeven on the live spread + fees; 3% is universally profitable across the tested window. Five rungs per coin retained (Kraken's ~$5 minimum order size caps the practical rung count). Per-coin capital floored at $55.

Position Reconciliation on Startup
Both live bots now run a broker-reconcile pass at startup. If a position exists on the exchange but isn't in local state — from a crash, a restart, or a wiped state file — the bot adopts it instead of leaving it unmanaged. No more silent orphan positions.
